"Before I create, I read the room."
Not entering culture — elevating the culture already existing in your community. What's in the comments, the DMs, the group chats? That's the brief.
The most successful post gets screenshotted in group chats — not just liked. Stop thinking like a broadcaster. Start feeling like a subculture.
Hyper-specific beats broad. 200 people who are truly meant beats 200,000 impressions for nobody. Go deep, not wide.
The comment thread is the second layer of every post. Brands that ignore comments leave the best content on the table. The reaction IS the content.
Efficiency alone no longer convinces. Emotional connection, cultural fit, and the right message at the right moment. Awareness isn't enough — affinity is the goal.

Start with something real — a real moment, a real place, real people. Social media is the last echo, never the starting gun. Everything else is reheated content.
Post the BTS first — completely out of context. The blurry mood board, the messy draft. Let people get emotionally invested before you show the result. Confusion builds curiosity.
The post is the teaser. What counts are the reactions: screenshots, remixes, DMs, stitches. Build every idea around what happens AFTER the post — not at it.
Conflict, contradiction, uncomfortable truth — these are the actual content triggers. Harmless posts don't exist. Opinions polarize. Polarization drives reach. Choose a side.
Communities grow through belonging, participation and play — not content volume. Pop-ups, co-branded experiences, consumer trips. IRL moments built for social energy. The content isn't a bonus — it's the point.
Social commerce is a business channel, not a trend. TikTok Shop, affiliate creators, product-tagged UGC. The line between entertainment and purchase is gone. Make people feel AND buy — simultaneously.

The more polished something looks, the less people trust it. In a world flooded with AI-slop, imperfection is proof of humanity. Not lazy — strategically raw.
No warm-up, no soft entry. Bold typography, jarring crops, unexpected visuals. If the first frame has no impact, nothing has impact. You have 3 seconds — or you don't.
One recognizable owned format beats 100 trend posts. Those who chase trends disappear with them. Those who own a format own attention.
Serials, teasers, coming-up elements, recaps, easter eggs. Inject TV watchability into platform-native logic. If the format has no next episode, it's a post — not a format.
When all brands play the same trend the same way, they undermine the only reason brands exist: differentiation. Your own voice beats trend speed — especially in the AI boom.
AI floods every feed. The counter-movement wins: real human emotion, cultural nuance, imperfection. AI informs — humans decide. Defining what genuine human expression is? That's the new creative skill.
