"Yume Mugen" (夢無限 - Unendliche Träume) ist Marcel Haupts fünfjährige Dokumentation japanischer Olympic-Träume von 2015-2020. Das Projekt folgt japanischen Athleten wie den späteren Judo-Olympiasiegern Hifumi Abe und Takanori Nagase durch ihre Vorbereitung auf Tokyo 2020. Aufgenommen überwiegend analog mit der Mamiya 7, zeigt die Serie sowohl erfüllte Träume als auch zerbrochene Hoffnungen durch die Pandemie. Von Tenri University Trainings bis zu kulturellen Kontexten in Kyoto und Nara - eine einzigartige Zeitdokumentation des japanischen Olympic-Geistes.
